Exactly! I find my self just chucking the car at the corners and coming out with the throttle down and a grin. Just not sure it's the quickest or most tire friendly way to approach things though. The Abarth, in comparison, feels very composed through the turns possibly even a bit boring.Scallootch wrote: ↑Mon Oct 15, 2018 9:54 am Paul, I find that the tail-happiness can be tuned out with MOAR THROTTLES!!!!

Re: Preloading the front swaybar.
Resurrecting an old thread.
So the Abarth with factory springs, has anyone confirmed it has zero preload on the bar? I'm considering picking up a set of adjustable end links. I believe from my research that BMW E46 end links will actually work on our cars (though I could be wrong). Might be worth risking as they're only like $60.

Re: Preloading the front swaybar.
Are you asking if the car is supposed to have zero preload or whether that's the way the factory actually chucks them together? Based on other variability in the assembly I doubt they actually roll with zero preload consistently. The consesus of quick drivers is that there shouldn't be preload unless you're on an oval, however I'm also a believer in setting a car up for the driver and perhaps you should try with and without a bit of preload and see what you like.
