E+D Phase 2 +PB 18psi
I’ve been running E+D Phase 2 with Pops and Bangs for about 2-3 months. Had little hiccups and quirks but all was fine. I know I need to get rid of my cat and upgrade my coilpacks. For the past few days it’s been running at 18psi and it sounds like it’s dumping boost out of the BOV (or possibly a boost leak). And if you beat on it too much it’ll go into a limp mode running 6psi and CEL for Boost Pressure Not Detected. What should I check?
I put oil in it this morning, it was half on the dipstick .

Sounds like you are leaking boost somewhere. I'd start with the simple stuff like hose clamps on the silicone between the turbo and engine first.
What setup are you running, i.e. what intercooler, wga/BoV etc?

I’m running EC FMIC, OEM WGA, GFB DV+ and Torque Solutions BOV Adapeter. I was wondering if my WGA Could have messed up and is opening up at 18. I’m going to do a boost leak test.

If it's not something simple like a hose then the waste gate solenoid or DV+ would be by next guess.
Boost leak test is a good idea.

I recently replaced my WGA and WG solenoid because I was convinced I didn't have a boost leak. I had a boost leak. You probably have a boost leak too.

Not sure what hose clamps your running on the FMIC - but I ended up having to replacing mine with a T-bolt style clamp that equally clamps all the way around - the normal style worm clamps will continue to loosen and do not clamp force equally around. - I had a leak and it would hit 18 pounds and dump it - ended up being the hose clamps
Look for something like this - it cost more but I was having to tighten clamps every weekend - running close to the same setup as you

Good tip. Can you post a link to the clamps you bought?

Unfortunately I ordered mine from Amazon with prime shipping... I measured the diameter (rough estimate) of the 4 clamps and found some new t bolt clamps that would clamp down to that size.. it's a little pricey to go as good clamps range $8 to $11 dollars per clamp... But 6 months later and I still haven't touched the new clamps.. no leaks

ATP Turbo should have what you need, I would contact them.

Not sure which PN# but I bet one fits. I'd email them to find out.

What you linked are v-band clamps like what we have from our turbo to down pipe... But that brings into question if one of those would work to replace the stock v-band clamp instead of having to buy the oem one?... But they also have t-bolt clamps and appear good ones.MadFiat wrote: ↑Mon Sep 24, 2018 8:49 pm ATP Turbo should have what you need, I would contact them.
