If I'm reading the charts correctly it was a 8.4 hp gain at around 6300 rpm. I haven't talked to Toby yet but, if he doesn't have a problem with it I'll post the charts soon. We picked the car up this afternoon. On the way back I was following her out of a McDonald on the turnpike. I pulled out and watch the tach and speedometer and it hit 88mph at around 6300 rpm in 3rd. I don't remember where the stock rev limiter was set. Engine HP was 129. It was well worth it to me. As soon as the weather warms up a little that 38 pd lead acid battery goes on the shelf and the Antigravity battery goes in.

Do you mean 8hp more than you arrived with, assuming you were running the same EC tune I am, or 8hp more than the stock tune?

You said engine HP, any idea what the wheel HP looked like?

He said it was 129 HP so I presume more than he arrived with? Since stock is not 129hp. Also, is that measured at the wheel HP? Because if so that's quite an impressive amount of gain for an NA motor.

I'm assuming that is crank hp, because that seems like a lot of wheel horses. I'm hoping it's wheel horses just to say my Pop is quicker than a 500T, but that's almost stock Abarth numbers so :)

Come on sportfan, dish the goods!!! Don't wait on Toby; we won't tell anyone!!!

Ok Kids here we go. I hope you can read the small print. You may have to copy it to your computer to expand it. Keep in mind the car was far from stock before this tune. I have a header with hi flo cat, MPX underdrive pulley, Borla catback , Denso Iridum plugs, EC's NA header tune, a Ingen CAI, and GoPedal.

Looks good. Not the power under the curve that a T has, but looks like it builds to a great finish.

Well I guess everything has it's trade offs. The car doesn't take off as quick as a turbo car but, it handles better, no boost leaks, and no limp mode. I know I'm one of the few that has heavily modified a NA car. I'm not done yet. A lightened flywheel, HD clutch, and a LSD are still on the list. Now we know how much a NA car can benefit from a dyno tune. Toby did a great job.

That's very respectable, can't wait to try it on the Pop as I have a very similar set of mods. The Pop has always felt livelier off the line than the Abarth, but the Abarth very quickly gets it's giddy-up and then it's game over. Where the Pop seems to shine is if you keep the revs up you can access the power without waiting on any boost. It's slower, but feels more immediate.

Today I removed the OEM horn and a Vilem B. Haan Inc. Maserati twin air horn and compressor. It is from the late 60's or early 70's . I installed a Wolo Bad Boy air horn , which is very loud.
