Turbo Install or Removal Guide?

Does anyone know if a set of instructions exist for replacing our turbo? I am going to be replacing mine with another OEM unit shortly, I cannot find much on removing or installing for that matter. Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

NGEN performance has a kit that includes all the pieces that need to be replaced. It has really clear instructions in the kit too.

Crayon! That would explain why my turbo is on upside down!!!
That would be very helpful if you would share. I can put those on the wiki for permanent reference as well.
My instructions are currently:
1. Call Bryan
2. Wait 2 weeks
3. Boost!!!

LOL thank you Bryan! At this point, I should just drive out to you and have you do everything for me..you've been very helpful and I haven't even started the removal process. I'm very pleased to be working with you on my new turbo endeavor!

Better than my instructions:
1) Blow motor.
2) Stare at it.
3) Drink some coffee.
4) Fuck with it a bit.
5) Drink some coffee.....
6) 6 months later install new turbo on new motor.
7) Stare at it. Drink more coffee.

From the research I've done, it seems like I've seen most turbo swaps done with the entire front end off the car. If that's what is required, I do not mind. I did find someone who removed their turbo to inspect it, and it looked like they still had the front end of the car on from some of the pictures I looked through.
I like to have everything laid out in front of me before I start the project; I guess that's because I'm a business analyst by day.
