Abarth on 15s w/o grinding

This is a follow-up from my FT thread. The 15s are on! Specs in signature. No grinding!

I think they look a bit like a taxi w/o hubcaps, but they DRIVE GREAT. So much better in every way... accept steering response. That's worse.

Man, that stance from behind is really wide. Do you have scraping under full compression / full lock under compression? I would expect going that wide to have to roll the fenders a bit or a lot.

Man that looks really good. Those tires are PHAT! I really dig it.

Couple of things...

- the poke in person isn’t that bad. I think it looks fine.
- tires are thinner - 195/56 - to compensate for low offset
- no rubbing so far. I’ve had two passengers in the car, but I haven’t pushed it hard
- I can’t overstate how much better the ride is!
- this combo is significantly lighter than stock so acceleration seems improved as well

That's awesome. Really like it.

Lighter wheels to make more difference than people think.

Here are better pics. Notice I decide to remove the winglets.

Not sure. From some angles I think they’re cool, from others goofy.

You may want to invest in some Rally Armor mudflaps for the front to keep from chipping the paint.
