Re: Post Your Other Vehicles

1st day home, 6-11-22 (3).JPG I know Texanbrit will like this one. 1962 Jaguar MkII. Fastest 4 door car made in it's day and first car with 4-wheel disc brakes. Has the hemi head double overhead cam 6 cylinder 3.8 . It will take a while to get it sorted out from being in storage for the last 20 years

Re: Track days - rollover risk

I guess I should have been clearer on my question about the sway bar. I knew the Abarths had one but, I had heard that an upgraded aftermarket one really helped on hard braking at high speeds.

Summer do you have a rear sway bar ? If not ,from what I've read many times that it take away the weird moves the Abarth makes on hard braking.

My car has everything to make it handle better including a Quaife LSD. I have a roll bar and Seatbelt Planet custom 5-point harness. Cypher racing seats and Michelin AS Pilot tires. I've done Twisted Sisters four times and the Dragon once. I would get murdered at AutoX because my mods would put me i...

Re: Greetings from Portland

The header was made by ICEngine Works it is a ss 4-2-1 with a hi flo cat. Texanbrit bought the first one they made and I got the second one. I don't know if they make them anymore. Bryan of Engen might know. I got it through him. I thought about putting my battery under the seat but, I can reach the...

Re: Greetings from Portland

ImageNice car. I really like those wheels. Texanbrit can help you with any questions on an Abarth. I did a similar battery relocation. I put an Antigravity battery in a plastic ammo can behind the passenger seat. Dropped 35 lbs off the car. I have a very modded 13' Sport.

Re: If You're Running a Lithium-Ion Battery

I moved my Antigravity battery inside the car about a year ago and haven't had any issues. I left it in all winter which I don't usually do. The car is kept in a heated garage.
