These seem like very good times. Usually when I remember to try I'm in the Pop, maybe I'll post some NA times although not sure the gearing is helpful on the Pop.

I don’t think it’s super accurate because it used GPS, not the VSS, to determine your speed.

I haven’t done these tests with the Alpina, but I did it with a 2017 BMW i3. My 55-75 was worse, but my 30-55 was cosistantly low 3s. The Abarth is not consistent.

Dashcommand has access to the VSS and it's usually pretty close to GPS, but that depends on the accuracy of the device you're using. I would think/hope that Dashcommand is using the VSS instead of GPS to calculate the times..

Then again, the same program is guilty of using fuel tables and VE%/BSFC to calculate HP rather than speed/distance/weight. The problem is you can easily know the speed/distance/weight of a vehicle, but the VE%/BSFC is murky and unclear, often unpublished, and in the case of Multiair Fiats, changes based on the current active profile... That's why DC's HP figures are so way off (usually on the quite optimistic side), because it is thinking the engine is a lot more efficient than it really is.

I know it’s not using bye VSS because on the performance screen the speed displayed is not the same as the speedometer; its usually one mph off.

It may be reading actual vss calculation instead of the slightly higher speed the cluster is programmed to display.

Yeah, they're both offset, but the gauge seems to read a bit higher than the digital display, which reads above actual speed.

I don't know if it's possible to recode our clusters like you can on bimmers but I don't see it as a big deal.
