Thanks for the offer Paul. If the parts all get here in time I think I can get it together in two days. I just hate taking a car on a trip without a few close to home miles on it.

I'm sitting here with my cell phone waiting for a " It's done " call on balancing my flywheel. Then I've got to drive 65 miles each way to get it. Then the Parts Gods crapped on me again. One of my parts orders came in. A right side axle seal was ordered but, a left side one came in packaged in a right side labeled package. Now blowing another $25 for 2 day shipping. I'll take the time one day to post about the $100s I've lost on returning the wrong parts and parts that were supposed to fit my car. I wished that phone would ring.

Hope it rings soon. Just been through that with axles. Shouldn’t be this hard.

The phone never rang. I'll called the shop and he said it would be tomorrow. I can install the new rear main seal tomorrow morning.

I had planned on making Sisters but, the Parts Gods are killing me. I drove the 65 miles one way to the shop that was balancing my flywheel . They were working on it ,so I messed around town for two hours until they were finished and came home. Then I change my clothes and met a friend at his shop and we surface ground the spacer that sets the bearing preload on the differential and I got home around 10:00pm. On the way home I thought things are coming together, I should be able to get the car together and make Twisted Sisters. I got home and unpackaged the new clutch to be sure it would work. It is the wrong clutch. Does anyone know someone that can remove a curse?

Dunno.... I figured I'd end up having to take the T when I blew the transmission in the Abarth so it's no surprise that the Abarth isn't ready. I swapped in a new trans a couple of months ago, but apparently I have a bum axle or something now. No time to muck around with that, I'm just finishing getting the T ready.

If I have any chance of making Twisted I'll have to put the OEM clutch back in today. I need it together and some miles on it before I head out on a nine hour road trip followed by two days of full throttle fun.

Make it stop! Make it stop! I have got to be the bad service test dummy for all the Fiat owners in the world. I ordered a service manual on USB on the 31st of last month. I hadn't got it yet. I called today and the lady said the order had been canceled .She didn't know why and would call shipping and find out. I may have to set up a GoFund me account so I can afford therapy. I need torque wrench settings for the transmission bolts.
