Forge Wastegate and Blowoff Valve Springs?

I have seen the "official" spring list for the Forge wastegate actuator and blowoff valves.

However, I was running with recommendations for a Big Turbo - does anyone remember what springs are supposedly best for Phase 2 and a stock turbo on the Forge wastegate and blowoff valves?

Yellow for both, blue on the valve if you are running phase 2

Thanks! Now just to fix the P2173 that showed up.... Didn't appear in my first test drive, showed up as soon as I hit some real boost and then stayed. Hoping it's just a hose come loose on the throttle body or something simple. EDIT: It was the PCV hose came loose.

emailed lorenzo at speedmotive yesterday about this regarding phase 2. he said run the standard spring it came with unless i have issues. this is the forge diverter valve.

Toby said to run Forge BOV with Yellow when I was on Phase 2. I never had a CEL related to BOV operation either, it worked well as far as I could tell in that the BOV dumped boost when it was commanded to do so.
