Some interior equipment test parts

Post by Romanoaf » Sat Mar 09, 2019 9:49 am

A couple personal projects, while it’s still too cold outside to do any real work:

$7 pressure gauge, custom housing, gauge face and lighting.

Gated shifter, went through a couple prototypes, had to raise it ~30mm to have enough swing with my short shifter. I have a much more low profile version that should work with the stock shifter with the bumper removed though. Also working on a moulded version that will fill in the opening with a uniform gap. Once it warms up I’ll test fit the stock version and have a couple machined up.

If that shiftwr works smoothly, I bet it would be popular.

NGEN requested a file for manufacturing, he has an early version that i didn't get a chance to fit up with stock shifter. Might be available soon.. if I'm comfortable with the fitment spring time, I'll put out a request for how much interest there is.

What material is it? Is it 3D printed? I’m totally down, but probably only if it’s machined from Aluminum.

The proto types are printed, will have them machined in aluminum likely.

I've always dreamed of having a gated shifter for my Abarth. Subbed for interest!
Corsa Forza tunnel & vertical braces
Neuf rear bar
AAD shifter with CF 595 Turismo shift knob
Cavalino NACA + extractor
MPX axel back exhaust
GFB DV+
Koni yellow sport rear shocks
Euro Fiat coupe bump stops
R1 Eline drilled rotors F/R with Hawk 5.0
