Anyone use a portable wheel alignment tool?
I was curious if anyone's tried out one of those sub-$500 portable wheel alignment tools that'll handle camber, caster, and toe, like Quick Trick or Tenhulzen, and if it's precise and accurate enough to get the job done within an acceptable tolerance? I'm sure it doesn't stand a chance against a drive-on rack that costs 20x as much or more, but then again, you're not relying on a random technician, as you're taking measurements yourself with care.

I tried the Quick Trick and had trouble getting it to repeat the readings. I have trouble with anything electric so it was most likely just me. I had it past the return timeline but, they took it back anyway and gave me a full refund. I'd say give it a try and if it doesn't work for you , do a better job on time keeping than I did and you won't be taking any chances.
