Hey everyone,

As stated my 2014 Abarth Manual trans keep throwing a p2096, which is Bank 1 Sensor 2 Lean condition. The car was totally stock when I got it, and probably put 350 miles on it trouble free before i modified it.

I did a RRM Catted DP, Boost leak fix from EC, EC Ver 3 intake, DV+ and there tune. Both a 695 and Phase 1 tune dual map setup. Problem Im having is throwing a p2096 Code after doing all this work fairly quickly within 20 miles, clear it, comes bakc within 20 miles and so on. That usually leans toward a exhaust leak or sensor issue. So I pulled the DP off and put 2 new 02s both Up and Downstrema on the car. Problem still persist.

Could it be possible its something in the tune messing with it?

Thanks for any incite!

Brandon

It's certainly possible that the tune is wrong, but a bit unlikely. As you mentioned my instinct says a leak somewhere.

You could try flashing back to stock and see if that helps the issue. At least rule that out.

Pulled DP yesterday, put on lots of miles so far and no codes or pending codes. I would get a pending p2096 withing 10 miles previously. Gonna do a few more days like this, if its good i'll flash back and see what happens

Im unfamilar with what software they are using to write tunes, but with my EFI live for LS based vehicles I can turn off all post CAT PIDs, is this possible for this platform?

They can hide a bunch of the codes. People typically bury the P0420 if they are running catless. You'd have to ask Toby at EC if he's okay turning off additional codes

So its been 2 days since I reverted tune back to stock. almost 260km of driving no CEL and no pending CEL. So today I flashed back to Phase 1, will report back with what it does
